How to Return
Step 1. Initiate Return
Go to My Orders → select item → click 'Return Item' within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2. Schedule Pickup
Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.
Step 3. Item Inspected
Once received, our team inspects the item within 2 business days.
Step 4. Refund Credited
Refund is sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Damaged or defective item received
- Wrong item delivered
- Item not as described
- Manufacturing defect found within 7 days
Not Eligible
- Used, washed or altered items
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Returns after 7 days of delivery
- Customised or personalised products
- Items from non-returnable sales
